Project Description

Project Description

A sheep farm where the project raises sheep and sells them in two parts: sheep that have not completed 6 months and sheep that have completed a year, in order to meet the increasing demand for sheep, as sheep are considered one of the most suitable agricultural animals for grazing in dry areas. They also have many other advantages, such as their high ability to graze and adapt to the environmental conditions prevailing in these desert and dry areas. The prices of lamb meat are constantly increasing and the demand for it increases on occasions and holidays. They can also be raised in areas that may not be suitable for other farm animals, such as desert areas. They do not need shelters and equipped pens, and simple canopies in safe places are sufficient. They have high reproductive efficiency and have the ability to produce twins and low feeding costs, and do not need high technical means in production, which makes their requirements for technical labor low, as sheep and goats are cared for collectively and not individually and require less labor and time than other animals. It is also distinguished by its diverse production, as it produces meat, milk, wool, hair and leather. It is relied upon in the establishment of some important transformation industries such as the textile industry, the leather tanning and manufacturing industry, and the meat production, processing, canning and manufacturing industry. This increases the return that the breeder obtains throughout the year.
