About Saudi Entrepreneurship Association
In 2008, the Council of King Saud University endorsed the formation of the Saudi Entrepreneurship Association, a scholarly organization focused on entrepreneurship within Saudi Arabia. Professor Dr. Ahmed bin Abdul Rahman Al-Shamimari leads its inaugural board of directors. The conception of this association emerged in response to the global academic trend over the past decade, which increasingly supports entrepreneurship concepts and contemporary applied education, facilitating the transition to knowledge-based economies in higher education.
