The city of Hail produces 83,297 tons of plastic; this amount is economically wasteful and harms the environment to a great extent; therefore, utilizing and recycling plastic waste in the plastic recycling plantis one of the industrialization options that achieve double success on the economic level, as well as on the level of care and protection of the environment.
